Convenient location near MRT station. Good variety of nearby halal restaurants. Efficient check-in and check-out process. Comfy, clean room with daily towel and cleaning service. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the Little India MRT station. It made it really easy to explore the city and get around. Plus, there were plenty of affordable eateries nearby, so I always had delicious options for meals. The hotel facilities were great too, withnice and neat rooms. I especially appreciated the free water and snacks provided in the room and lobby. The staff were amazing, friendly, and provided excellent service. They even helped me locate a lost ring and were very prompt in their responses to my emails.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is very close to the MRT station and provides easy access to public transport. it is situated in the vibrant district of Little India, which offers a variety of cultural experiences. The hotel also has a friendly reception staff who are helpful and accommodating.
The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with reports of mold in the bathrooms and old, worn-out furniture.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. I found the prices to be very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location in a nice area. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, always helpful and with smiles on their faces. It's clear that they take pride in their service. Lastly, the rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hot water for the shower was a nice touch, and the beds, although not the best, were still quite comfortable.

Conveniently located near MRT station and multiple dining options. One specific situation: The hotel staff were great too ensure my comfort. When I initially received a room that didn't meet my expectations, they immediately accommodated me with a room that better suited my needs. Their customer service was really good. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.
